Las Moraditas is a hill top location just a 5 minute drive to the pleasant cosmopolitan Town of Adeje, situated on the prestigious Costa Adeje coast line

Our 2 bedroom property is a traditional family home and offers a good size living room with a solid beam ceiling and typically Spanish ceramic floor, with patio doors leading to a large terrace, garden and parking area, with panasonic views of the southern region of the Island, the Atlantic Ocean, with  the Island of La Gomera to the right and the sleepy hills of  Mt Teide  in the distance.

The living room offers a flat screen television with comfortable sofas for all. The fully fitted large separate kitchen has fridge-freezer, electric oven & gas hob, micro wave and dining table and chairs.

The master bedroom will sleeps 2 people, with wall to wall wardrobes and has the added advantage of an en-suite bathroom with large shower, bath, bidet, wash basin and toilet.

 The second bedroom comfortably sleeps 2 people with a double wardrobes with ample dressing space

The main bathroom has a large shower, bidet, wash basin and toilet

We also have a washing machine in the outside utility area,

The property has a large flat garden with plenty of room for the Bar B Q area ample space to sun yourself all day and relax in with large jacuzzi  in this very private location,  

The easy parking is right outside of the front door

Located on the south of the Island and  only a small distance away from the TF1 motorway leading to Las Americas & Los Cristianos. The International Airport is only 15 kilometres away. With two of the Islands most prestige’s Golf Courses close by, which offers beautifully kept greens, practise range to improve your golf swing, golf shop and club house

The Location is ideal for many types of holiday requirements, for a family holiday, Hikers, bike riding & guests who prefer to be away from the crowds, but within easy reach of many amenities such as Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Banks, English speaking, Chemist, Sport facilities, & Gym. The 2 main large supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive away

Cleaning/ towels/ linen/ maid service

All towel’s and linen are supplied, which will be changed every week, the house will be clean and tidy on arrival any further cleans can be ordered for an extra charge if required. We ask that the towels are not used for the beach

Golf

The location  has two of the Islands most prestige’s Golf Courses

close by, Costa Adeje golf to the south

Abama golf and country Hotel to the west

Both of  which offer beautifully kept greens, practice range to improve your golf swing, golf shop and club house, Plus within easy reach are Las Americas Golf, Golf Del Sur Golf, Amarillo  Golf which are all 18 hole courses and Los Palos which is a very nice 9 hole course with a practice range

Travel

As we recommend a car it should only be a 20 minute  drive

If you are picking up a car at the airport, follow the Hire Company advice on your car hire token

In most cases our reprehensive or the owners will meet you on arrival, direction will be sent to you with your arrival voucher
